How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-3 working days from when your order has been shipped. For example, if you order on a Saturday or a Sunday, your package will be shipped out on Monday and it should be in your hands by Wednesday. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door. Your parcel will either arrive with CourierIT, The Courier Guy or DawnWing.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we most certainly do. International shipping costs do apply, though. We have standard shipping rates of R550.00 for up to 1kg and R930.00 for anything that weighs between 1kg - 2kg’s. This obviously depends on how many garments you order. Majority of the time it should not exceed 1kg as our garments do not weigh in heavy. International shipping takes between 3 and 5 working days and you will be provided with a tracking number.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through PayFlex which is integrated into our site. You are also able to split your payment into 4 separate payments, which are payable over 6 weeks, interest free. Click here for more info.
How do I know which size to order?

Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, most certainly! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your exchange or return and we will email you with details about how to proceed as soon as possible.
Please note that we are happy to exchange an item for you provided that we have stock in the size you want to receive.
The garment will be accessed on return to make sure that it has not been worn or damaged. Should the garment have been worn or damaged we regret to inform you that we cannot process the return.
In the case of a return, we do not accept cash returns and will send you an à la une online voucher which amounts to the same value of the item that you have returned.
Please make sure to read our Returns and Exchange Policy before purchasing. Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items.
When will I receive my refund payment?
Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within +-5 business days of à la une receiving the return parcel, should no damages have occurred to the garment. A proof of payment will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
à la une does not cover the cost of return postage for online purchases. à la une does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that they meet the required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking, such as PostNet.
à la une can request the return from our side which you, the customer, will be invoiced for. Should this be done, a tracking number will be provided.
Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by an à la une representative. à la une cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.
